How We Drive Impact
Hands Up Toronto
https://www.handuptoronto.org/Founded in 2014 with a mission to end food insecurity within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Bluevale's Managing Directors Jefferson Huang and Samuel Karamanis rolled up their sleeves and started Hands Up Toronto. Hands Up Toronto is a charity focused on supporting families that require short term food assistances while providing help and transitional support for families that require more extensive intervention.
Since 2020, Hands Up Toronto has delivered 36,000+ food boxes to 75,000+ families. Jefferson and Samuel currently sit on the Board of Advisors and actively support the organization's growth.

Bluevale has been a proud sponsor of Servus Calgary Marathon and the Trellis Society Soiree, helping raise over $1 million for young people and families affected by homelessness, poverty, mental health barriers, and intergenerational trauma.
